The One Thing Nobody Tells Arizona Seniors

There is no automatic exemption just for turning 65 — but there are three programs that can lower or freeze what you owe. You have to apply, and you have to hit the deadline.

Quick gut-check: Are you — or a parent — 65 or older and living in an Arizona home? If yes, at least one of these programs almost certainly applies — keep reading.
