Do I have to use the real estate agent my relocation company assigned me?
In most cases, no. You are usually allowed to request an agent of your choice to handle your listing, as long as they agree to the terms of your relocation package. I am well-versed in working within these networks and can step in to advocate for your best interests.
How does the guaranteed buyout offer work?
Many relocation packages offer a buyout if your home doesn't sell within a specific timeframe (usually 60-90 days). My goal is to aggressively market your home to get you top dollar on the open market—often significantly higher than the buyout price—before that deadline hits.
Will you handle the paperwork required by my relocation coordinator?
Absolutely. Relocation companies require specific documentation, broker market analyses (BMA), and strict timelines. I manage all communication and reporting with your relocation coordinator to ensure you receive your full benefits without the headache.
