frankmartinjrrealtor Congratulations Bob and Gail on the sale of your home and the new journey that awaits you. I had the pleasure of meeting Gail and Bob in May.. An agent from out of town referred them to be, because they needed to sell their home in Surprise, AZ.. I immediately felt at home with them at the listing appointment and felt it was my obligation to make sure they were cared for like my own parents, If they decided I was a good fit. During our initial visit I learned that Bob had Parkinson’s disease, and Gail needed a change of scenery for her mental health, to help with the necessary efforts required everyday to carry the load. We sat at her kitchen table, Bob had fallen asleep.. Her conversation literally brought me to tears.. I could immediately feel all her pain and sadness and was very emphatic to her situation.. We joked as she told me to stop crying. Gail said, she knew right then she wanted me to be their agent… I immediately replied “it worked!” referring to the tears….
