We weren’t sure if we were buying an existing home or going to build. Frank immediately started the search and sent many homes and land only sites to go thru and mark the ones we were interested in. We made an appointment to meet with Frank in Flagstaff he arrived on time and we started our search. Frank made all the appointments ahead of time with plenty of time between so we could go slow at each home or lot. We did not find what we were looking for before we had to return home. Frank stayed in communication the whole time and continued to send us properties to review and not only in Flagstaff but a lot of the other adjoining areas as well. We made arrangements again and travelled back and started our search in the Verde Valley and Prescott area. Again all was ready to go on our arrival. We finally did find the home we were looking for in the Prescott Valley. Frank always stayed in communication thru out the process was absolutely professional in every way and was pleasant to talk to. Frank made the whole process completely painless and even went the extra mile researching one property we were getting ready to make an offer on and discovered that the home had many structural problems which would have been catastrophic to us had we purchased. I purchased a new build so the process was rigid and pretty straightforward compared to resale. I also did a lot of research myself, but he was always willing to let me pick his brain or listen and answer my questions during the process. I especially applaud him for keeping me level-headed as I was going through the pre-dry wall inspection process and for advising me on how to best use my builder incentive credit during this high interest rate environment.
I plan on staying in my house for a long time as I don't think I can afford to jump back into the market again lol, but if I ever need advice or do end up selling and upgrading I won't hesitate to reach back out to him and I highly recommend him!
